Return Policy

Return Policy for Shipments Returning to Canada (From USA and Other International Destinations), and Within Canada:

1. Eligibility:

- We accept returns for eligible items shipped to Canada from the USA and other international destinations, as well as within Canada.

- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Timeframe:

- You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact us at camillestone33@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address and any applicable return shipping fees.

4. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds:

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain returns.

6. Exchanges:

- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

- Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

- Custom-made or personalized items

- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events (unless defective)

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

- We may request photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.

9. Refusal of Returns:

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria or are returned without a valid RA number.
